The netting seems to be quite sturdy, even when I use real golf balls. I typically practice chips in the range of 5 to 15 feet from the net. The target comes with stakes to anchor it when using it outside. Overall 5/5

I bought this for my son. He is 12 and has decided to be a PGA pro when he grows up. So to encourage the dream I have purchased several different golfing aids. This one is great. My son starts with a pile of balls and chips away until they are all gone and this target seems to hold them all!

Wow! I thought this would really help me with chipping, but it is harder than I ever thought. I don't shy away from a challenge so I am still working on mastering the center net. It does what I expected in that it stays in place with the pins you provided. Its versatile in that I can move it to different lengths in my yard without effort. I like it.
