Shipping Policy

FREE Worldwide Shipping 

We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all of our products. We have warehouses located across the globe and will ship accordingly based on your geographical location. 

COVID-19 Update 

Due to the current impact of COVID-19, our shipping times have been slightly increased. The pandemic has created some postal delays that are out of our control. You will find the most recent shipping times listed below. We apologize in advance for our extended shipping times and we thank you for understanding.  

Shipping Time 

For the majority of countries our shipping times are around 14 - 21 days. 

*This does not include our 2-4 day processing time. 

Processing & Handling  

We quality check your items, process your orders, and securely package everything within 2-4 business days.  

Tracking Your Order 

You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been fully processed and shipped out. Please allow 2-4 days after placing an order to receive your tracking number. You can track your package every step of the way by entering in your tracking number on the Track Order page.

Cancellations 

You may cancel your order up to 12 hours after being placed. We are not able to cancel your order if it has already been processed and shipped. Please email your order number with the subject line “Cancellation” to support@vevall.com to cancel your order.
