Vevall™ Pilates Bar

I. Love. This. Pilates. Bar! Easy to use, no stress on my joints and I am already seeing results!!!! I always buy some convoluted home exersize equipment and swear Im going to use it and then I dont. This? Its so easy to use and I find that I actually look forward to each days session. Its great!

So I have been exercising daily to retain joint mobility and increase strength and when I saw this pilates bar it looked like a good choice for someone who doesn't have a lot of space for exercise equipment. I'm really pleased with it! It truly has been helping me lose weight because I now have no excuse to not workout since I can use it at home!!

I love this palates bar. It's light, able to travel easy with. IT'S EASY. That's what I like the most. My routine is to ride an exercise bike then move to the bar. I love it most using it on the floor. IT WORKS. I've never looked better.

This is easy to use, adapts to individual abilities, uncomplicated, takes up almost no storage space, and so much more reasonably priced than the "machines." I bought it to do my own rehab after a fall that injured knee tendons and ligaments. I'm using it to maintain and build muscle as well. Highly recommend.

Im incorporating this into my home exercise routine. It gives enough resistance to get a nice burn going .. and I have seriously noticed some nice muscle definition across my whole body after using this for a few weeks consistently! Remember, consistency is key!
